Overall, it is pretty straightforward process.

1. Find and select the nearest SoCash business user location, e.g. 7 Eleven, convenience stores
2. Determine how much you'd like to withdraw (sometimes best to ask how much you can if you are withdrawing a big amount >100 SGD)
3. Choose your payment method, e.g. DBS paylah, Paynow, etc.
4. Click through the process and confirm payment
5. Receive money from the SoCash business user

SoCash Terms and ConditionsFreeCash Offers and RewardsBinding Agreement:

To participate in a FreeCash offer, you must agree to the offer terms and conditions. You agree that your participation in the offer constitutes your understanding of and agreement to the offer terms and conditions. The offer terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and SOCASH with respect to the offers, and any defined terms used herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service. SOCASH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any user who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transactions/ activities. SOCASH also reserves the right to discontinue or change any FreeCash offer or the FreeCash offer programme at any time, at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

In addition to your compliance with Terms of Service, you must meet the eligibility requirements for each offer to participate. Details of the offers and the eligibility terms and conditions for each offer is provided in the FreeCash T&C. Offers provided to a particular user may vary from user to user. Please read the offer terms and conditions applicable to your offer as provided in your FreeCash T&C carefully.

Expiration of Offer Rewards:

If you do not claim your offer rewards/ FreeCash within 30 days, your rewards/ FreeCash will be deemed to be forfeited and will no longer be available to you.

Important Notes:

• FreeCash redemptions will only be activated after the first soCash withdrawal is completed.
• It will automatically be deducted from your debit amount on the next transaction made. For example:
• You’ve earned $5 in FreeCash, and it’s available in your app.
• You withdraw $50 in your next soCash withdrawal.
• Receive $50 in cash from the shop, but only $45 will be deducted from your bank account.
• You would need to withdraw an amount that is more than the FreeCash earned. For example, if you’ve earned $10 in FreeCash in total, you would need to withdraw $20 or more.
• You can earn multiple FreeCash at once, but can only redeem one FreeCash at a time. For example:
• You've earned $5 in FreeCash from a soCash promotion and referred two friends ($3 x 2 friends = $6).
• For your next withdrawal, you can only redeem $5 in FreeCash, and $3 in the subsequent withdrawal, and $3 on your third.
• You cannot redeem your total FreeCash in one withdrawal.
• The FreeCash redemption sequence will be the same as the earning sequence.
• FreeCash is awarded to unique soCash users who fulfils the FreeCash criteria. Unique soCash users are defined as:
• Users who registered with a valid and contactable email address and mobile number;
• Strictly only one profile and bank account per app;
• Should not use jailbroken, rooted or shared phones.
• We actively screen transactions to prevent misuse and to keep our collaborative community safe from potential harm.
• FreeCash will not be eligible for individuals who create or use fake user profiles, misuse email and mobile phone numbers, or attempt impersonation.
• soCash goes through strict checks and runs anti-fraud programs to ensure that methods of obtaining FreeCash are not abused.
• soCash reserves the right to grant or refuse FreeCash at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Employees and retail partners of soCash Pte Ltd and affiliates are not eligible for this promotion.
• At any point in time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, soCash Pte Ltd vary, modify, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions.

SoCash Refer a Friend Program

• $3 will be added into your FreeCash balance.
• You are only allowed to redeem one FreeCash at a time, as per the mechanics set by FreeCash.
• For example, if you have successfully referred 2 friends, you are eligible for $6 in FreeCash, but can only redeem $3 at a time.
• Referral will only be successful if your friend downloads soCash by clicking and signing up via the referral link and has made the first withdrawal.
• FreeCash will be awarded to the person who referred their friend and will be credited in 3 working days.
• For example, if A refers B, once B does a withdrawal, A will receive the FreeCash in 3 working days.
• Your friends must not have installed soCash app on any of their devices before.
• There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, however FreeCash is eligible only for unique users.
