Claypot rice
Claypot rice.
In rice cooker lah.
No actual Claypot. The same way I make Spanish paella.
Bak kwa works wonderfully too, along with the usual Chinese sausage.
I don't mind Chinese sausage only if I get to remove the wax outer layer. I really can't stand that yucky wax layer.
