Emporium Shokuhin Japanese Marina Square

Emporium Shokuhin Japanese at Marina Square Singapore Ramen

Emporium Shokuhin is a new part of Marina Square, decked out like Meiya but focused primarily on Japanese food which you can build in the supermarket and restaurants to eat the foods that are available here.

The Burosu Honten - Gyoza and Ramen restaurant

I ate the Ramen and the ramen broth is pretty good. The gyozas are okay, but quite oily.

The Japanese eggs are not done right. Always overcooked. I asked them at least 3-4 times to replace the egg but each one has been overcooked.

The char siew is a pretty generous and thick serving, though it's cut much differently from the traditional sort that you may be used to at other Japanese restaurants. Most likely as they make them fresh themselves inhouse.

How to order there

  1. Sit down choose your order.
  2. Pay first
  3. Then wait for food.
  4. Food will come directly to your table from the kitchen. There is a kitchen window with blinds are every table.
