Grilled cheddar cheesy pork bratwurst with toast

Middle of the night supper.

Ran out of hotdog bread, so just improvise with my yummy gardenia.

Grilled bread to toast, grilled cheddar cheesy pork bratwurst, and with grilled spicy spam.

Sliced the cheddar cheesy bratwurst into half to fit the two sandwiches nicely.

Absolutely delicious.
