What is the haze in Singapore and Malaysia?
The haze is essentially bushfire smoke from burnt trees and plantations. Currently most of these in the region are originating from parts of Indonesia, but are blown in by the wind around the region. Singapore and Malaysia are nearby, so they generally receive parts of this haze each year.Here's the Singapore Haze map
