Blow-torched the rib eye and the corn

Had fun with a new kitchen toy today for Dinner.
Blow-torched the rib eye and the corn. The taste of direct fire on the food was a completely different extra flavour, and the smell, delicious.
And roasted my own recipe of garlic herb butter and had it on some French Boule that I had in my fridge.
